Amalyte Pharmaceuticals, LLC is a San Francisco Bay Area start-up identifying and developing novel therapies for treatment of immune and inflammatory diseases, through in-licensing and internal programs. 

The lead compound, AM3301 is an in-license candidate with demonstrated efficacy in Phase IIa Allergic Rhinitis (AR), also expected to have additional utility in ulcerative colitis, conjunctivitis, dermal inflammatory conditions, and asthma. 

Beyond the lead compound, Amalyte is pursuing two earlier-stage programs.  The first involves proprietary PDE4 inhibitors specifically designed for topical use, primarily for dermal conditions such as psoriasis and atopic dermatitis, but also for pulmonary applications.
